Are you wondering how our wonderful tunics are made? We, at BONNIBOLD, will tell you: Our concept is to combine old and new. When making a tunic, care is taken to maintain the traditional manufacturing process. In doing so, we want to contribute to the conservation of resources in order to enable future generations to live a beautiful life on planet Earth. The fabric is produced on a semi-automatic weaving machine. Because the fabric is manufactured by hand, no chemicals are used in the production process. The fringes are also twisted and knotted by hand. The tunic is then dyed with vegetable dyes. The stone printing method (lithography) is used. When dyeing a surface, the yarns are dyed first. In this way, a beautiful tunic is created that is made with attention to detail.
