1.2 Prices
The prices apply at the time of ordering, including VAT plus all shipping costs. They can be seen in the shopping cart before the contract is concluded and afterwards in a contract confirmation sent to the customer.
1.3 Export
If export or import taxes become due during shipping, these will also be borne by the purchaser (you can obtain information about this from your local customs office).
1.4 Shipping company
Shipping takes place via Austrian Post.

2. Delivery times
Processing time: Orders received by 12 noon will be shipped the same day, otherwise the following day. Only products that are in stock are presented in the shop. Since many of my products are handmade, it takes some time until they are back in stock. Some products cannot be produced at all because they are unique. If an item is no longer available, for example for technical reasons, you will be notified immediately. Postal delivery time: The delivery time via the Austrian postal service is around 1 to a maximum of 3 working days within Austria. The delivery time abroad depends on the respective country. The total delivery time within Austria is therefore 1 to 3 working days
