Prices
The prices apply at the time of the order including statutory VAT. plus all expenses incurred with shipping. They are visible in the shopping cart before the contract is concluded and afterwards in a contract confirmation sent to the customer.

Should export or import duties become due in the course of shipping, these are also at the expense of the customer (you can obtain information on this from your responsible customs office).

Delivery times
Processing time: Orders received by 12 noon are dispatched the same day, otherwise the following day. Only products that are in stock are presented in the shop. Since many of my products are handmade, it takes some time before they are back in stock. Some products cannot be reproduced at all because they are unique. If an item is no longer available, e.g. for technical reasons, you will be notified immediately in this case. Mail delivery time: The delivery time via the Austrian Post is about 1 to max. 3 working days within Austria. The delivery time abroad depends on the respective country. The total delivery time within Austria is therefore 1 to 3 working days
