PRODUCTION

Where are BONNIBOLD items produced?

BONNIBOLD products are produced in Turkey. Purchased products come from Austrian and German dealers. These are exclusively certified items that are produced in Portugal, Turkey and Tunisia.

Can I be sure that BONNIBOLD produces fair fashion?

BONNIBOLD produces or buys 100% fair fashion items. Our goal is to cooperate with manufacturers who produce goods from natural materials. The production process should also be natural (use of vegetable colors, etc.). We pay particular attention to handcrafting, which is carried out with attention to detail. The manufacturers are women who share their passion for producing fair fashion fashion. We, at BONNIBOLD, support upcycling projects. Our range includes numerous products that were created from leftover fabric from old kilims. In this way we want to speak out clearly against fast fashion and its disposable fashion. It can also be said that we only work with manufacturers who care particularly about animals and who are prepared to set up animal welfare projects in the future. What materials and textiles does BONNIBOLD clothing consist of?

Our fabrics and textiles are made from natural fibers. We are talking about plant and animal fibers. Plant fibers include organic cotton, linen, hemp and bamboo; Animal fibers include wool and silk. If individual products are made from synthetic fibers, certification is always taken into account. upcycling or recycling of the plastic fibers is required.In this way it can be determined whether certain production standards have been met. However, it must be said that we try to avoid synthetic fibers as much as possible.

ORDER AND SHIPPING 

How much are the shipping costs?

In Austria, shipping is free for orders over 99€.

In Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, the Czech Republic and Hungary, shipping is free for orders over 149€.

In Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Serbia and Malta, shipping is available for orders over €200 free shipping.

In Lichtenstein, Lithuania, Norway and the United Kingdom, shipping is free for orders over €250.

PAYMENT 

What payment methods are available?

You can order from us easily and safely without cash.BONNIBOLD offers the following payment options:

Credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Maestro)

When paying by credit card, the customer provides the following information: cardholder, credit card type, credit card number, credit card company, the expiration date of the credit card and the check digit (CVV code) on the back of your credit card. PayPal

If you select the payment method “Paypal”, you have the option of paying with a credit card or direct debit. If you select “purchase on account” or “payment in installments”, Paypal will carry out a credit check. You do not need to provide any bank details when selecting Paypal. Payment is processed via your Paypal account. If you're new to PayPal, you can create a user account for free by entering your bank or credit card details - so you don't have to re-enter them every time you make a purchase. You then pay by entering your email address and password and you will receive a payment confirmation by email. Your order will then be processed immediately.

Klarna (immediate transfer and invoice)

Pay immediately

If you select the payment method “Pay Klarna immediately” you can pay with your online banking details. Payment is processed via Klarna’s shopping browser. You are protected by Klarna buyer protection and pay by logging into your user account via Klarna. If you already have a Klarna user account, you can log in and pay as usual with your customer details. If you are not yet a Klarna customer, you can create a user account there for free. When creating a user account, you must provide your bank details.

Bancontact /pay.at / EPS transfer/ iDEAL

If you pay by Bancontact or EPS_Überweisung or iDeal, you will be redirected to your bank's website. Here you can enter your online banking details by entering your user number and password. Transfer/advance payment

If you pay in advance or by bank transfer, we will send the goods after receipt of payment. If the payment method is advance payment or bank transfer, the customer must make payment within one week of receiving the order confirmation. How quickly will my order be shipped?

Orders received by 12 noon will be shipped the same day, otherwise the following day. Only products that are in stock are presented in the shop. Since many of my products are handmade, it takes some time until they are back in stock. Some products cannot be produced at all because they are unique. If an item is no longer available, e.g.b For technical reasons, you will be notified immediately in this case. Can I return items?

YES.

Who will cover the return shipping costs?

If your order value is over €99, your return is free.

How does a return work?

If you don't like or fit an item, you have the option of sending it back to our Austrian returns address within 14 days. The delivery note is also the return note. You have to fill this out, cut it out, stick it on the package and then take the package to the post office. We would be happy if you also send us an email so that we know which goods are being returned.

What conditions apply to returning goods?

You must return the products you have received immediately and in any case no later than the 14th. Day to us (Bonnibold e.U., Spechtgasse 59/3, 2340 Mödling). The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen day period has expired. We cover the return costs for orders over €99; However, only up to 3 times a year - from the 3rd.
