Where are BONNIBOLD articles produced?
BONNIBOLD products are produced in Turkey. Purchased products come from Austrian and German dealers. These are exclusively certified articles that are produced in Portugal, Turkey and Tunisia.
Can I be sure that BONNIBOLD produces fair fashion?
BONNIBOLD produces or buys 100% fair fashion items. Our goal is to cooperate with manufacturers who produce goods from natural materials. The production process should also be natural (use of vegetable colors etc.). We pay particular attention to manual work, which is done with attention to detail. The manufacturers are women who share their passion for the production of fair fashion fashion. We at BONNIBOLD support upcycling projects. Our range includes numerous products made from leftover fabric from old kilims. In this way we want to speak out very clearly against fast fashion and its throwaway fashion. It can also be said that we only work with manufacturers who care deeply about animals and who are willing to set up animal welfare projects in the future. What fabrics and textiles are BONNIBOLD clothing made of?
Our fabrics and textiles are made from natural fibers. We are talking about plant and animal fibers. Plant fibers include organic cotton, linen, hemp and bamboo; animal fibers include wool and silk. If individual products are made from synthetic fibers, attention is always paid to certification or provided that the plastic fibers are upcycled or recycled. In this way it can be determined whether certain production standards have been met. However, it must be said that we try to avoid synthetic fibers as much as possible.

How much are the shipping costs?
In Austria, shipping is free from an order value of 99€ free shipping.
In Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, the Czech Republic and Hungary, shipping is free from an order value of 149€ free shipping.
In Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Denmark, ANDstonia, Finland, France, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Serbia and Malta, shipping is free from an order value of 200€ free shipping.
In Lichtenstein, Lithuania, Norway and the United Kingdom, shipping is free for orders over €250.

What payment methods are available?
You can order from us easily and securely cashless. BONNIBOLD offers the following payment options:
Credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Maestro)
When paying by credit card, the customer provides the following data: cardholder, credit card type, credit card number, credit card company, the expiry date of the credit card and the check digit (CVV code) on the back of your credit card. The data is transmitted via SSL encryption with a key of at least 128 bits and is therefore not visible to unauthorized persons. When selecting the "Paypal" payment method, you have the option of paying by credit card or direct debit. If you select "purchase on account" or "payment by installments", PayPal will carry out a credit check. You do not need to provide any bank details when selecting PayPal. Payment is processed via your PayPal account. If you're new to PayPal, you can create a user account for free by entering your bank or credit card details - so you don't have to re-enter them every time you make a purchase. You then pay by entering your e-mail address and password and will receive a payment confirmation by e-mail. Your order will then be processed immediately.

Klarna (instant transfer and invoice)
When selecting the payment method "Klarna pay immediately" you can pay with your online banking data. Payment is processed via Klarna's shopping browser. You are protected by Klarna buyer protection and pay by logging into your Klarna user account. If you already have a user account with Klarna, you can register and pay as usual with your customer data. If you are not yet a Klarna customer, you can create a user account there free of charge. When creating a user account, you must enter your bank details.

If you pay by Bancontact or EPS_Überweisung or iDeal, you will be redirected to your bank's website. Here you can use your online banking data by entering your user number and password. You do not have to register for these services. The data is transmitted via SSL encryption with a key of at least 128 bits and is therefore not visible to unauthorized persons.

WIf your device is equipped with the Android operating system, you can also pay with us using Google Pay. To use this payment method, you need a credit card or you can link your PayPal account to the app. You have to identify yourself individually for the payment process.

Bank transfer/advance payment
If you pay in advance or by bank transfer, we will send the goods after receipt of payment. With the payment method Payment in advance or The customer must make the payment within one week of receipt of the order confirmation. How quickly will my order be shipped?
Orders received by 12 noon are shipped the same day; otherwise the following day. If a product is no longer available, it may take some time before it can be ordered again. In this case you will be notified immediately. Since many of my products are made by hand, it takes some time before they are back in stock.
Can I return items?
Who bears the costs for the return?
If your order value is over 99€, your return is free.
How does a return work?
If you don't like an item or don't like it, you can return it within 14 days an send back to our Austrian returns address. The delivery note is also the return slip. You have to fill this out, cut it out, stick it on the package and then take the package to the post office. We would be pleased if you also send us an email so that we know which goods are being returned.
What are the conditions for returning goods?
The goods must be in their original condition and (if possible) in their original packaging. This means the label must be attached and undistorted. The goods must not contain any signs of use or odors. In addition, the goods should be well packaged so that they cannot be soiled during transport.
