Wondering how our wonderful tunics are made? We, at BONNIBOLD, will tell you: Our concept is to combine old and new. When making a tunic, care is taken to ensure that the conventional manufacturing process is retained. In doing so, we want to contribute to the conservation of resources in order to enable future generations to live a beautiful life on planet earth. The fabric will open a semi-automatic weaving machine manufactured. Due to the manual production of the fabric, no chemicals are used in the production process. The fringes are also twisted and knotted by hand. The tunic is then dyed with vegetable dyes. The stone printing method (lithography) is used. In the case of area dyeing, the yarns are dyed first. In this way, a beautiful tunic is created, which was made with attention to detail.
