Patchwork describes a textile technique in which various leftover materials are used to create new textiles. In the manufacture of our cushions, the material leftovers from an oriental kilim are used. Kilim refers to a woven carpet or wall hanging originally made by nomadic tribes. The kilims are real antiques - some of them are up to 50 years old. Each cushion cover is therefore unique with its own history. The kilims used are bought from nomads.
